My interest in nutrition began in earnest when I started training for the Sydney half marathon. This led me to enroll at Nature Care College in Sydney. I graduated in 2012 and have been an accredited practitioner with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) since then. Nutrition and running remain entwined in my life to this day.
I comply with the continuing education obligations of my professional association.
As a mother of three I know the challenges of fitting nutrition and exercise into a busy life in a practical way. My philosophy is keep it simple, make it workable and take undue pressure away.
I enjoy spending time with my clients, listening to their stories and piecing together their health histories. Every one is different, but the quest for better health is the same.
My approach to nutrition is gentle and intuitive, with an emphasis on creating treatment goals that consider your lifestyle and resources. Nutrition is everyday, just like life.
